All orders placed on Bodhy Health website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions of Bodhy Health Limited.


The prices of products are in Great Britain Pounds sterling (GBP), United States Dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR) and Value Added Tax is added at checkout (where applicable). Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value.

The price displayed on Bodhy Health website at the time we receive your order is the price that you are required to pay. We always try and make sure that all prices on our website are accurate, although errors may occur. In the unlikely event that such an error occurs, Bodhy Health will seek to inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods at the time of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Email acknowledgement of an order

Placing of the order will involve checking your credit card and debit card details. Once the order is placed, Bodhy Health will send to you an e-mail confirmation of your order from ( PLEASE INSERT our card processing company) and an e-mail confirmation from us. Please note that both those e-mails are just an acknowledgement of the payment process being completed and not a firm order confirmation or order acceptance from Bodhy Health.

The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Bodhy Health will only take place upon confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. This will only occur upon physical dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. If we inform you that we have not accepted your order or that your order has been cancelled, we will, as appropriate, refund any money paid or cancel any card processing transaction.

Amendments and cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is possible to amend or cancel your order up to the time of dispatch of the goods. The time of dispatch is the time that the goods actually leave our order centre. Once the goods have been dispatched, we regret that we cannot accept any order amendment or cancellation.

Print out of your order

We recommend that you print out and retain copies of the terms and conditions and the order confirmation for your own records as we do not record details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website. Your order confirmation will contain a customer reference number unique to you; please quote this number in any correspondence with us.

Quick and Convenient

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to many countries worldwide. All orders placed before 6.00pm London (UK) time (or, in the case of orders for North America, 6.00pm Central Time Zone) are processed overnight and dispatched the next working day from our order centre in the UK. Please note that this means orders placed on a weekend will not be despatched until the following Monday or next working day in the case of national / bank-holidays. Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. Please note that for some products exclusively made at our partner's Ayurvedic clinic in India delivery time could be extended up to 3 weeks. When you shop online, the delivery costs are calculated automatically and shown in the shopping basket before you confirm your order. 

Return and refunds policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with Bodhy Health products that you have ordered from us, you have the right to cancel the your order within seven working days of receipt of the supplements in relation to orders made by telephone or online. Where goods have been delivered to a third party (e.g. through Bodhy Health gift service) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Bodhy Health will provide a returns/refunds form with your order for you to complete. If you have misplaced or lost the form, please let us know your name, address, customer number (if possible), when you obtained the product and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Please place the goods to be returned in a suitable box (ideally the box in which the goods were despatched to you) and return the goods to us by post (not courier) to the following address:

The cost of the goods to be refunded will then be reimbursed directly back on to the card from which payment was originally taken.
