What results have you achieved since we started working together?

No recurring back strains from football / running.

Proximity and working hours.

If you have any specific problems then make sure they arrive early so that they can discuss their problems before the class so that you can help them more.

What results have you achieved since we started working together?

Before Pilates began I had found that I had lost a lot of flexibility and since have got more flexible as the time has gone on.

Before we started working together, what was preventing you from taking classes / private lessons?

Mainly ‘time’, I work full time and have a son who needs to go various places for training etc.. so having a lesson which runs straight after work makes it much easier to go and saves time as I can finish work and be in the lesson within half an hour.

You provide clear and precise instruction and make it easy for all levels to attend the class

How else have you benefited from our work together?

I run on a regular basis and have found that pilates compliments my running

Would you recommend me and my services? If so, why and to whom?

Yes I would, and would like to think the class will continue at the bank even if the numbers are small. I would urge others to try the class and I know they would then like it and carry on.

I will also recommend you to my husband, for his company as he is struggling with lack of flexibility and a back problem, which I believe Pilates would help.

Is there anything you would have liked to see done differently? If so, what? Suggestions are welcome! ☺

Only that we could offer you a proper room which would be available each week (without having to move chairs etc). I would also prefer 2 nights a week or even a morning session if available?

What's the most important thing people should know about working with me?

You are polite and understand the benefits of Pilates, you also offer other dietary information if needed

Much Stronger core, stronger upper body.

Before we started working together, what was preventing you from taking classes / private lessons?

I was with another teacher.

You get the best out of us as you really understand the level we are at.

How else have you benefited from our work together?

I do a lot of cycling and an hours pilates each week pays dividends when it comes to maintaining good posture after several hours on the bike.

Would you recommend me and my services? If so, why and to whom?

Yes, I like the mix of friendlyness and hardwork!

I have developed and improves my core strength and feel more flexible.

Before we started working together, what was preventing you from taking classes / private lessons?

I chose to begin Pilates classes to strengthen my core in order to ease back and pelvic problems

I always feel good on completion of your classes.

How else have you benefited from our work together?

Pilates has made me more aware of my posture and how to re-align it. The stretching exercises have improved my back and pelvic problems. I can now cross my legs without any pain.

Pilates has also made me more aware of my breathing and this helps when performing other exercise programmes.

What's the most important thing people should know about working with me?

You have a calm, nurturing and caring nature. You encourage people to gradually push themselves to achieve their goals.

I have toned up and definitely feel a lot stronger and healthier.

Before we started working together, what was preventing you from taking classes / private lessons?

The expense and being self-conscious that I won’t be as good as everyone else.

Every lesson is varied and challenging and I feel that you pay attention to every member in the class – I don’t feel ignored.

How else have you benefited from our work together?

I am more aware of my body out of class.

I would definitely recognize you to work colleagues (I live to far away to recommend friends and family), as I find these lessons extremely beneficial.

You are patient and every lesson is different
