Yoga is traditionally practiced in the morning. When Jasmina trained in India, Kerala she loved practicing astangha yoga near the ocean, feeling so in tune with the nature. In her classes, she aims to recreate that atmosphere through music, movement, breathing and massage.

Jasmina’s Wake Up With Yoga Classes:

Power Flow Yoga classes run on Fridays from 7.40-8.40 AM. Classes are suitable for all levels, shapes and sizes. Power Flow Yoga is a dynamic yet accessible style of yoga (ashtanga vinyasa) which sculpts your body, builds stamina and flexibility. Detox and rejuvenation breathing techniques will calm your overactive mind and release stress.

With Morning Yogalates Wednesday class (7.40-8.40 AM) you get the best of both worlds! This is a total body workout with a special twist (Jasmina's secret signature massage for sore muscles). Jasmina creatively brings together yoga for flexibility and pilates for posture and core strength. You will feel revitalized and stress free after the class!

Drop in Rate: GBP 17.00

Intro Offer Package: GBP 90.00 for 12 weeks course

All Inclusive Package (2 classes / week): GBP 180.00 for 3 months course (GBP 7.5 per class)

Monthly Pass (1 class per week): GBP 40.00

Private Lesson: GBP 60 / hour
